White-label is a tenancy and billing feature. The node pool does not know the reseller's brand.

   A reseller is a tenant. Auth issues the org and the users. Billing does not invent identities.

   Sub-users

   Each customer of the reseller gets a username prefix, a traffic cap, and its own credential.

   Margin

   The rating plan on the reseller is separate from the byte ledger. Metering only reports usage.

4. 04

   White-label

   A hostname in front of the same gateway. The session format stays host:port:user:pass.
